About me

Hello to everyone once again…

My name is Periklis born in Greece 32 years ago. Currently live in the Motherweel (south of glasgow) with my wife Angela and our beautiful baby boy Agelos.

As a profession I am a Naval Architect working at BAE Systems shipyards in Scotsoun (Glasgow). I started painting figures about three years ago, something I wanted to do for years. The era I am more interesting in is the ancient Greeks and Romans. I do not have a particular preference on scale. So far I have built all the major scales in the market (54mm, 75mm, 90 etc.)

For painting I use acrylics as a base color and then on top I use oils, as I found them easier to blend and play around.
